Hoss Collar and Wiffle Ball
This morning we had a typical camping morning. I slept in! We had a relaxing breakfast and just hung out in the camper. With Paul's injury he is reluctant to try playing Pickleball sadly.
This afternoon we biked over to the Wiffle ball court and played a couple games...I played while Paul watched that is. Paul has a splint on his finger to keep the wound from re-opening and this makes it difficult to do anything... like catching balls or holding bats. Again there were 30 people so we had 3 teams!
After a Mediterranean pita sandwich late lunch we went for a bike ride around the park and checked out the fitness center.
Then we headed out to play some Hoss Collar ... our first experience playing the game! This is a spin off game from shuffleboard. I got to meet a couple from Jackson, Michigan, Kathy and Ron. They spend their mornings playing golf and invited us to come golfing with their group from our park.
Back at the camper, we played some Cribbage...It was a nailbiter game ... we "necked" right up til the end, but Paul beat me!
